Frazer Tremble.

RECRUITMENT AGENCY

Brand evolution • Website refresh • Content • Social media

Frazer Tremble came to us as an established recruitment firm with strong relationships and a loyal client base, but a brand that no longer reflected the calibre of work they were doing. The challenge was to reposition them away from a generic recruitment feel and into a premium, specialist transformation talent partner, while keeping the warmth and approachability that Laura and the team have built their reputation on.

The brand.

Frazer Tremble needed a visual identity that felt as premium and specialist as the transformation talent they place. We moved away from generic recruitment colours towards a deep navy paired with a distinctive mint-come-teal, playing on the boutique, personal and approachable style that Laura and the team have created.

It’s a palette that reads as confident and credible rather than corporate-cold. Noto Sans font brings a modern, authoritative voice to headlines, with its robust weight options offering both aesthetic range and accessibility features.

Black-and-white office photography, overlaid with the brand’s signature curve pattern (playfully derived from the ‘f‘ in the company logo), grounds the identity in real human relationships -reinforcing Frazer Tremble’s positioning as a trusted transformation partner, not just another agency.

The website.

Following on from the brand identity work, the focus shifted to bringing the new Frazer Tremble system to life across the website, with a particular focus on improving the experience for candidates and better presenting the firm’s offering to prospective clients.

The candidate journey was reworked to feel more supportive and less transactional, with clearer navigation, simplified application pathways and messaging that reflected the brand’s more human, relationship led tone. Behind the scenes, the job board was integrated directly with Frazer Tremble’s CRM, so live vacancies stay in sync automatically and the team no longer relies on manual updates across systems.

On the client side, content was restructured to properly showcase the breadth of Frazer Tremble’s specialisms, from technology leadership through to transformation and change, giving prospective clients a clearer picture of the firm’s expertise and the calibre of talent they place.

Black and white photography, overlaid with the brand’s curve pattern, was used throughout to keep the site grounded in real people and real relationships, reinforcing Frazer Tremble’s positioning as a specialist transformation talent partner rather than a generic recruitment brand.

Consistent spacing, minimal copy per section and clear visual proof points were prioritised across the layout, so the site reads with the same structured, premium feel established in the brand guidelines, while remaining approachable and easy to navigate.

Ongoing Marketing.

Alongside the brand and website work, Frazer Tremble now has an ongoing marketing partnership in place, with content sitting at the centre of the strategy, built for long term visibility and authority rather than one off campaigns.

A regular content cadence covers market insight, hiring trends and thought leadership across the firm’s core specialisms, technology leadership, transformation and change, customer experience and digital, data and analytics, and project and portfolio leadership. Each piece reflects the brand’s tone of voice, confident and specialist, but never corporate or difficult to read.

Alongside company content, work is underway to build the personal brands of individual consultants, positioning them as credible, visible experts within their own markets. This helps deepen trust with clients and candidates directly, while feeding back into Frazer Tremble’s wider authority as a firm.

SEO groundwork is layered throughout, with keyword and topic planning built around the terms hiring managers and candidates actually search for, supporting visibility over time and reinforcing Frazer Tremble’s positioning as a trusted, relationship led partner for critical hiring decisions.
