JobTetris came to us with a strong product and a clear founder vision, but operating in one of the most crowded corners of the recruitment technology market. The challenge was giving them the maturity to be taken seriously by growing agencies, while retaining the approachable, human feel that sets them apart from the larger, colder platforms in the space.

The work began with market research and brand evolution, exploring how to differentiate meaningfully in a saturated ATS market. This shaped a refreshed visual identity, including new colours, updated typography, and logo refinements, before rolling out across a rebuilt website on their existing domain and platform. From there, the focus shifted to arming the sales function with the tools it needed to convert, covering go-to-market PDFs, new sales decks, webinar templates, and targeted landing pages informed by dedicated competitor research. Event planning rounded out the engagement, supporting JobTetris in showing up with confidence in the right rooms.

On the video side, we produced three pieces, including a flagship explainer for Smart Referrals, a genuinely game-changing tool for the recruitment industry, alongside two ATS integration videos aimed at specific platform audiences. A content plan was also developed, digging into what actually matters to both recruiters and end users of the platform, rather than just broadcasting features.

Led the international expansion of TargetRecruit's marketing function, taking the business from a US-headquartered operation into the UK and APAC markets across three years, building the commercial momentum and operational infrastructure that ultimately underpinned the company's acquisition.

Launching core infrastructure including:
• Project management system
• Sales enablement toolkits
• Full content plans
• Brand Guidelines
• Refreshed corporate website

Defined an events and content programme that positioned TargetRecruit as a credible challenger in a competitive CRM landscape. Followed this by leading the APAC launch from Sydney, conducting competitive analysis across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, and Singapore to identify differentiation opportunities and building a regional go-to-market framework from the ground up. Partnered with Sales and Business Development to co-create campaigns that generated pipeline within the first six months, contributing $2m ARR in Year 1.

Scaled both functions into a cohesive international marketing operation across APAC, EMEA, and the UK, introducing executive roundtables, industry partnerships, and multi-channel ABM programmes spanning email, LinkedIn, events, postal, and web retargeting. Delivered a meaningful uplift in qualified leads within 12 months by restructuring campaign operations, sharpening qualification criteria, and embedding joint KPIs and pipeline reviews with Sales. Led a cross-regional team of four covering digital, design, web, and operations across time zones and cultures.
