RECRUITMENT CRM

JobTetris came to us with a strong product and a clear founder vision, but operating in one of the most crowded corners of the recruitment technology market. The challenge was giving them the maturity to be taken seriously by growing agencies, while retaining the approachable, human feel that sets them apart from the larger, colder platforms in the space.

The brand.

The work began with market research and brand evolution, exploring how to differentiate meaningfully in a saturated ATS market. This shaped a refreshed visual identity, including new colours, updated typography, and logo refinements, before rolling out across a rebuilt website on their existing domain and platform.

This stemmed across more than just visuals however, deep diving into why the product was created, pains to solve and problems to fix along with the long-term business benefits.

The website.

Following on from the market research and brand guidelines work, the focus shifted to translating that strategic foundation into a fully rebuilt website. This began with a complete copy overhaul, rewriting every page to authentically reflect what JobTetris stood for as a brand, in a voice and tone that resonated with its core audience of agency recruiters and internal hiring teams, while being structured for both traditional SEO and emerging AEO performance.

The site architecture was rebuilt around distinct audience segments, with dedicated pathways for solo recruiters, boutique agencies, large agencies, temp and blue collar teams, and internal hiring functions ranging from start-ups through to enterprise. This segmentation logic extended into a suite of competitor comparison pages, a deliberate strategy to capture high-intent search traffic from recruiters actively evaluating their options.

Significant performance fixes were implemented across the build, addressing load speed, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO foundations including URL structure, metadata and schema markup. The content strategy was also shaped for LLM discoverability, ensuring JobTetris could surface meaningfully in AI-assisted search alongside traditional rankings.

Conversion pathways were refined throughout, from CTA placement and demo booking flow through to the free trial journey, with every element mapped back to the commercial outcomes the brand needed to drive.

Social media.

The engagement also extended into social media, establishing the foundations the team needed to execute consistently without relying on ongoing agency support. This included a structured content plan with defined pillars, platform-native templates built for ease of execution, profile optimisation across key channels, and a bank of content ideas mapped to audience pain points and brand positioning. Guidance on tone, voice and LinkedIn-specific best practices was provided to keep content feeling human, targeted and effective as the brand continues to grow.

“Sam took the time to fully understand our company, where we came from and where we wanted to go - really developing our USP in order to help us stand out in a crowded market.”
